Our expanding two-partner practice has vacancies in its accounts team for exceptional candidates that are seeking a position that goes beyond a traditional accountancy role. The role requires a balance to be struck between independent accounts work and involvement in practice development activities. Where necessary specific guidance and direction is given in all aspects of the work we require of our staff. We feel that this direction is best led by the initiative and motivation of the staff themselves, as they know better than anyone what is necessary to look after our clients.

Having the motivation to take ownership of our clients accountancy needs through direct contact promotes and contributes to the exceptional customer service we always aim to provide as a business.
